Privacy

Organización Qinty collects personal information only to answer enquiries and to assess retreat applications. The organisation does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising.

The legal entity responsible for this information has not been stated on this site, because the legal structure has not been confirmed. A privacy policy is not complete until it names the controller.

What this website collects

• The application form collects: retreat of interest, rough travel timing, country, languages, optional free text, previous retreat experience, name, email and optional phone.
• The form deliberately does not collect diagnoses, medication, medical history or any other sensitive health data.
• A draft of your application is saved in your own browser so you do not lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared when you send the form.
• Analytics are switched off. No analytics script loads on this site until one is configured, and the chosen provider will be a privacy conscious one.

Health information

Health screening happens after an application is accepted, through a separate secure channel. Under European data protection law health data is a special category and needs explicit consent, a defined purpose and a retention limit. That channel is not yet in place, which is why nothing on this site collects health data.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It uses browser storage for one thing only: keeping your half finished application on your own device.

If analytics are added later, the provider will be chosen so that a consent banner is either unnecessary or genuinely meaningful, and this page will be updated first.

Terms

Applying is not a booking and does not reserve a place. A place exists only when Organización Qinty confirms it in writing.

Do not buy flights until your place is confirmed in writing.

Prices, deposits, cancellation terms and refund conditions are not published on this site yet and are therefore not part of any agreement made through it.

Nothing here is medical, legal or travel advice. If you are under medical or psychiatric care, continue working with the people treating you, and never change a prescription in order to attend a retreat.
