Tarapoto and San Martín
The city at the edge of the forest.
Where your second flight lands, and the last place with reliable signal before the road out of town.

The San Martin landscape between Tarapoto and the property. Landscape.
Tarapoto sits in the high jungle of San Martín, where the Andean foothills fall into the Amazon basin. It is warm, green and busy, with motorcycle taxis everywhere and a working market at its centre.
The region is known for waterfalls, rivers and forest, and for food that is its own thing rather than a copy of Lima.
We are not going to list specific waterfalls, tours or restaurants on this page. Recommendations should come from the people who live here, and Qinty will supply them.
If you want a day either side of your retreat, say so in your application and we will tell you what makes sense.
